As u want to challenge the verdict of supreme court in tht matter u have to file a slow in supreme court of India demonstrating full reasons in which Ur saying tht gay sex should remain a crime as per law for tht u need to file a full all along with the case to be filled .with the help of the lawyer only you do it.

By filing a review petition taking a plea therein interalia the sex of this kind being unnatural, perverse, unproductive and unhygenic too. Sex is a common thrust in all the species but none likes it.

Hi, Honestly speaking it’s great judgment based on the principle and basic freedom and fundamentals right guaranteed by the constitution of India, so won’t go easily but to challenge any order of Supreme Court you have to first file a review petition then a curative petition incase the Review is dismissed and then file a public interest litigation for the same and then higher bench ie more number of Jugdes have to hear the matter and then over rule it

Of course! As a general rule, any decision can be challenged before a larger Bench, provided the facts and grounds are justified and merit reconsideration.

Very interesting constitutional law query. Off course it can be challenged, but it can be only challenged on fresh grounds, incorporating new changes which society is facing after the judgement.
And let me remind you that since it's a constitution bench judgement of 5 judges, it can be challenged only after the CJI on face of glaring constitutional lacuna in the judgement of the 5 judges bench which rendered the judgement.
