Cases not listed before Honble Supreme Court bench from past 3 years

I filed an SLP in year March 2018 and notice were issued to Respondents. The last date of listing was in January 2019 before registrar wherein it was ordered that service of notice is complete and after expiry of four weeks, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules . Since then my case has never been listed before any bench. Several times a Computer generated date of listing is mentioned but few days before the date the same gets disappeared on portal. I failed to understand why the case is not listed. Is there any process to get my case listed. My Counsel also doesn't guide me properly in this matter.
