Validity period of an already issued Legal Heir Cert. in Tamil Nadu

We, four daughters living as on date , all Senior Citizen, subsequent to the death of our parents ,obtained a Legal Heir Certificate from the Competent authority in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) on 27-12-2017 . We propose to use /submit the same to get our (late) father's only property -- a Flat in a Senior Citizen Home at Coimbatore -- transferred & registered in our names at Coimbatore sub-registrar's Office.
Till what date the Legal Heir Certificate already issued on 27-12-'17 is legally valid ? Religion : HINDU
After the intestste (i.e. without leaving a Will) death of your father, by sheer operation of law, all his four daughters shall inherit his estate equally. Nothing further needs to be done to establish your title legally. Once a legal heirs certificate is issued by a competent authority, it is valid for ever.
