Is a joint petition by two legal heirs for succession certificate to an immovable property (demat a/c) claiming 50% share each maintainable in law? There is no other stake holder, Religion: Hinduism

As per the query in law rato yes you can apply for succession certificate but you need to apply for succession certificate within the jurisdiction of the deceased person and file it in district delegate

yes you can apply before the district delegate of your jurisdiction where the accounts of immovable property lies and after getting the certificate both of you will get automatically 50% share each
