Which is the department for filing RTI against getting asset details

I want to file RTI to know the Assets details of someone then my question is that under which department it comes?
यदि संबंधित व्यक्ति सरकारी सेवारत है तो आप उसी विभाग (जिसमें वह कार्यरत है) में आवेदन कर उस व्यक्ति की कुल परिसम्पत्ति का ब्यौरा मांग सकते हैं।
किन्तु यह आपको तभी प्राप्त हो सकेगा जबकि उस व्यक्ति ने इस संबंध में पूर्व से ही यह आपत्ति ना लगा रखी हो कि ऐसा ब्यौरा बिना उसकी सहमति के सार्वजनिक ना किया जाए।
