sir i am studying pg (m tech) in a reputed institution sir i want to know on which basis fee of a particular course will be decided for that institution please provide brief view and also if i want to apply for rti in a private college whom i have to apply. is it possible to file RTI?
Hi, You are free to ask any information as a citizen of India from all Govt Institutions/universities/Departments under RTI Act. It is better to apply your application and obtain all information regarding courses, the fee of the courses etc. All the best

No you can't file rti in private college. But u can file rti to the department of education or ugc or any other affiliation authority from ur college is affiliated. You can demand all the relevant documents related to private college affiliation requirements and reservation of seat for economic weaker section
