Illegal transfer of funds from collection accounts of school to different trusts, societies and individuals and making payments to vendors for services and materials and buying properties with it
You can file the Rti before education officer if it's in Delhi then before Edu department Delhi Ncrt and education ministry if it's out of Delhi then you can file Rti before concern education officer of that state and before concern education department , you can also file complaints before tax department
