Question on Legality of Fire Safety skill training centre

I run a very small training institute in Fire & Safety. We impart Skill and physical training teach use of Extinguishers and fire fighting equipment etc.We conduct our training for 6 month or 12 month and award our OWN institute certificate. Now Police is raising question on Legality of Institute basing on Frivolous RTI and persistent allegation by someone who is NOT MY STUDENT nor any beneficiary. I am being harassed repeatedly. I explained them that we teach skills and on that basis someone gets a job.. example a person who knows typing sits in the court premises with a Typewriter and earns his livelihood. Police say no ... you must have permission. We are registered under Inspector General Registration as a Partnership firm and our deed lists our activity. However Police is troubling. We have never claimed any affiliation or recognition. Our Ex-students have been working in Jindal, TELCO, GAIL, Maruti, Bhusan, Vedanta, etc. and never has been any Complaint in any Forum.
