procedure to file an appeal to central public information officer

Sir, if a concerned PIO fail to furnish the RTI reply within 30 days than, am I have the right to prefer an appeal to Central Public Information Officer or not? Plz reply

You can file an appeal to First Appellate Authority under this case. There is no prescribed format for filing an appeal therefore it can also be in the form of a letter. If the Appellate Authority also fails to respond then you can file second appeal to CIC.

hello
if pio fail to furnished your reply within time period then you shall be apply first appeal to the APIO within 15 days from lapse the time period of 30 days.
if you don't received any reply of first appeal then you can move to the state information commission or central public information as per your RTI whether it related to the state subject or central subject
