How to enforce RTI so as to receive reply

Hey , I filed an rti against a corrupt lekpal I filed it about 8 monts ago so I asked thesildar to give me the information but he didn't give in time limit so I gave a reminder to him after 30 days and he still didn't replied so I filed an appeal in rajya suchna ayog but they aren't putting it on the weekly cause list (5months are gone) I wanna fight again corruption please help and tell me how can I get information
