Government university denying to provide answersheets

when everything is clear that Its Order of Hon'ble High court to provide answersheet under RTI act -2005 , Instead of that a University Which is Under state Government .opposing to provide information which is totally violation of RTI act -2005 and Hon'ble High court order .

You can file an appeal before the first appellate authority and in case the first appeal has also not been successful then you have the option of approaching the State Information Commissioner ( because the university is under State Government).

have you filed an appeal to the University. Incase there is complete denial of information i.e. CPIO officer as well as Appellate authority, you may then file a appeal against these orders before 'information commission'.
