I paid Rs. 20,000/- for my luggage parsal through the courier services and I was expecting my luggage safety but I got my luggage damaged and bill of Rs. 8,000/- only now they are not taking responsibility. Please help me out.
Dear Sir.. Thus is a case of deficiency in services on the part of the service provider.. You may provide a legal notice wherein you have to demand money. If you do not get money in time, then you can file a complaint in consumer forum..
