Can FIR copy be attained through RTI when report not submitted court

I want to know that can i get cetrified fir copy and its all statement and enquiry report full all document thorough RTI from ssp office.final report is not submitted in court still..i have right to get certified copy by RTI now?
जी बिल्कुल, एफआईआर एक पब्लिक डाॅक्यूमेन्ट है। आप इसको आरटीआइ के माध्यम से, निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करके प्राप्त करने के हैं, किन्तु वह एफआईआर किसी महिला के साथ हुए दराचार तथा किसी आतंकवादी मामले से संबंधित नहीं होनी चाहिए।
