Can employee file RTI to know about all employees details

Does unaided school come under rti? can i ask them the employee details, there salary, the benefit which they are providing to teacher and children. teacher appoinment date and designation what detail i can ask them under rti?
The institutions which is under central or state government only that liable for information under RTI Act. Private institutions etc are not bound by the RTI act. You need to provide me complete facts about the institution for detailed response.
