WingsBiotech Cheated me into becoming a company distributor

21-Sep-2023 (In Recovery Law)
LaPure, a division of WingsBiotech appointed me as distributor . Stock was invoiced on July 27th, 2016 against 50% payment I made through cheque to Super Stockist. None of the company person is working in my area to liquidate the stock. There has been zero sales so far. For last 45 days I am asking company to return my money and lift their stock ( documented ) . Company managers are making one after other false commitments ( again documented ) . What legal action can I take ?

File a suit for recovery against the super stockist as well as the company. If it was the responsibility of the company to clear the stocks, then you are eligible to recover your money from the company for their failure to liquidate the stock.

You have not mentioned in your query as to whether there was any written agreement to this effect between you and La Pure ? What were the terms and conditions in the appointment letter ? Please give me the full account of your case. I think legal notice is advisable.
