Hello, what should I do if company not paying salary for 2 month? They just talking that they will pay soon. Is there any law that help me to get my salary? Many of employee did't get salary.
You have to file petition under Art 226 in the High Court.

Issue representation to the Director of the company or any authorized Representative of the company in detail informing them of your issue and demand your unpaid salary. If they failed to comply your demand then Issue a legal notice and demand your salary.
