I am working in a company and left job.some one file a recovery suit and mention my name. What should I do??

You have to file the written statement in the court and explain your stand in the recovery suit, you have to also give the evidence to substantiate your innocence.You have to see whether you have been made party in the case or it is just the mentioning of your name as a witness you have to consult the lawyer for the same by showing the copy of suit.
