want refund of fees from an educational institute.

Payed the course fees in advance. Attended only 38 lectures. want to leave the institute. They are denying refund since signed on T&C on admission form stating no refund of fees in any case. Can I get my fees refunded?
Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions and if those mentions the fact of no refund then it’s highly impossible to obtain the same
However the terms and conditions must also be stating some exceptional cases where the said fees can be refunded
Check those and apply for refund if any
