Violation of agreement to pay how to get my money back

17-Aug-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I had made an agreement for handing over franchisee agreement where in the purchaser has promised to pay the amount in pdcs. However he has stopped payment after paying 50% of the amount stating that there are still some dues to be paid by me to the franchisor. However I had already cleared my dues and thus a new franchisee agreement has already been made with the buyer and the franchisor. What is the remedy for getting my dues back?

in this case you can send the opposiite party a legal notice and state your demands . if they donot comply with the demands of the notice then you can file a recovery suit under order 32 of the civil procedure code.
