Used Abusive Language by Pvt Bank Employee

I was using no1 private bank credit card from last 10 years with good record pay dues everytime before Due date but last year Due to some financial and covid issue already informed my problem,unable to pay credit card loan EMI for only one month, I got many calls from collection for payment but one day call me and used abusive language very badly, I have call record, same issue raise with concern at lower to top level also ombudsman, but not get proper resolution, now finally closed my primery credit card also impact my civil score, kindly suggest what is option for me.

if he has abused you and you have the recording then the same can be used in court for outrage.h your modesty ...plus you can file suit in court to reconnect your credit score ... I hope this will help you

You need to convince the bank officials that you will pay the amount and is not running away. And if the harassment is beyond your limits then you can serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances. You can also file a written complaint with the police station of your area. Hi Have you emailed them ? If not first register a complaint with the bank, if they don’t take any action you need to raise a complaint with the local police and get the action done. Once the action is taken, you submit the copy of the same to the branch manager and copy it to AGM of the bank. Thanks.
