Unable to repay IIFL Finance Ltd loan, got court summons and arrest wa

My brother took loan from IIFL Finance Ltd, last 6 months emi are dues. My brother is job less and medical condition. We got court summons and arrest warrant on him. Please help we can produce, bank statements medical docs and mails we sent to his office for leave.

You can always attach the copy of the medical papers and approach the court and cancel the warrants that have been issued against your brother. You also need to take one surety in case the court doesn't allow you to release your brother on personal bonds. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

don't run from court.. just say your brother to appears before court and hire a good advocate tell all your problems before court and you will get time to pay emi.. just send us photo of summon will provide you complete details of your case at free of cost.

If you have got the court summons you must hire an advocate to furnish your bail. Else court will start the proceedings for section 82 that is proclamation and then no one can stop him going behind the bars ! U need to hire expert advocate in this matter Plz b in touch

Don’t worry buddy we will help you, it’s court procedure to supply the summons but you have to obey the same and must be appear on next date of hearing. How much loan you were taken from finance company. Or when ? Plz provide these details with summon copy. Send it on my what’s app. Thank you
