Unable to pay multiple banks emi can i file insolvency

I have multiple loans from different banks, i got cheated by someone who took all these money from me in the name of trading and absconded with money, now am unable to pay emis, am still working but my emis are 3x than my salary, can i file insolvency petition? How much will be the court fee and lawyer fee for the same?

If you are unable to pay for personal loan EMI and credit card payments and if any recovery agents and bank officials are pressuring you then we can file a case in court and we take relief from the personal loan emi and credit card payments from court approach us we can help you in getting relief from bank officials and recovery agents
