Travel refund ( cancellation due covid ban by Government )

Booked tickets for 6 persons through a travel agent Apr 2020, tickets get cancelled due to covid, spicejet has refunded the money to travel agent on 31 oct 20 , but i am not getting the refund back from travel agent , please advice
If your agent is refunding your amount then you can claim the same by sending a legal notice for recovery by a lawyer and also file a complaint in a local police station. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.

You didn’t release the fact of your deal, was there any refund terms n conditions in writing ? Or any other evidences for the same…! U need to hire one advocate to send him legal notice for recovery n simultaneously get fir facts drafted for ipc 420 ….this is the only way ..b in touch
