Taken personal loan, Now no income, NACT 138 Summons

Taken personal loan, Suffered from long Covid-19 and post covid issued, Lot of money spent in treatment, Job terminated, Single earning person, Now no source of income, EcS bounced so Received summons for NACT 138 , Taken personal bond, next hearing in mid January and I am not able to arrange a jamanat of 2.5 Lacs, Advocating my case by myself under Advocate act 1961 section 32. Please guide.

First of all you need to approach the court on the next date of hearing and satisfy the court with any immovable property that belongs to you in case you are taking the personal bond or you can always arrange a surety with anything worth your surety amount decided by the court. And then you need to file a para wise reply to the petition filed.
