SUMMONS FOR APPEARANCE UNDER SECTION 22 (c) (3) OF THE LEGAL SERVICES

due to various issues, I am unable to pay the loan, The concerned party sent the summons for an appearance of me or my representative. I want to request the party to give 3 months to clear the dues through the representative. I live in Hyderabad and I want a representative. how can I find a representative to attend on my behalf in Delhi?
You can always approach and appoint an attorney who can represent the case on your behalf in the court. And if you have already received the summons from the court then you should attend the court at least once to avoid any other harsh orders from the court.
