Mein ek real estate company mein work krta tha jaha ek ladka customer banke unhone mujhe TCS, Gurgaon company mein Software engineer khud ko btaya aur mujhe job lagwane ke liye mere se 75k rs liye medical, physical or plane ticket ke name pe almost 95 percent pesa meine online diya jiska evidence mere pass hai jabki wo ladka bad mein pta chla wifi company mein kam krta tha usne bataya mein married nhi hu meri mummy SBI bank mein job krti hai papa mere head master hai wo ladka fraud krke assam bh
Aapke case mein clear cheating aur fraud ka offence banta hai. Police station mein turant complaint dein under cheating (IPC 420), cheating by personation (IPC 419), aur agar online transaction hua hai toh cyber fraud ke provisions bhi lagenge. Agar payment online hua hai, toh aap cybercrime website par bhi complaint file kar sakte hain. Bank transaction details, chats, call recordings, profile details sab safe rakhein. Jis account mein paise bheje gaye hain uske against complaint dekar fund freeze karwane ki request karein (jaldi karna important hota hai). Aap civil recovery ke liye bhi legal notice bhej sakte hain, lekin aise matters mein criminal action zyada effective hota hai. Agar accused Assam ya kisi aur state ka hai, tab bhi aap apne jurisdiction mein FIR karwa sakte hain kyunki offence ka part (payment/cheating) aapke location par hua hai.
