Rent recovery and eviction of tenant

I have a flat in Rohini and my tenant has not paid the rent since one year.I want him to vacate my property and pay me the rent i.e. due.The amount of claim is Rs 454000. Kindly, tell me the detail procedure of case filing including (i) where to file the case;(ii) court fee required (iii)how much time it may take.etc

Hi first of all u need to file a recovery suit where the jurisdiction and all is tell the court and all what is the case and all how much time is the property and all what was the rent that time and what Is the rent now and calculates and all everything When was the agreement and all so that will depend on it

First you will have to give him legal notice to vacate the premise and payment of due amount. If still they don't vacate and pay the due amont you can file the eviction suit and recovery of due amount. As your property is in rohini you will have to file your case in rohini court. Court fee will be calculated on the basis of amont of recovery which will be calculated after going through your rent agreement and other damages you want to claim.
