Regarding My College fees refund

I am studying in a private college in Noida which is affiliated from CCSU and currently am in first year amd I gave fees of second year begore the time but now I have to skip my existing course and need to shift in another course due to some problem but they are not refunding my next year fees which I gave early. Even I didn't entered in second year . Please help me sir in this.
Dear Client, In that case, you should approach management via written application if they are not agreed then you may file a writ petition before Allahabad High Court then court will direct the management to refund the fees.
