Regarding delay in Possession. BUILDER is not responsive.

Hi, i stay in mumbai n i purchased flate in udvada gujrat 9 years ago. I hv not received my possesion yet and he is giving only excuses when i m calling him and sending written request. I m belong to SC toi. Is there any provision where i can get my contribution back as i m also paying emi also on that property. Pls advice.

Dear sir for this you have 2 option 1st you can file a case before rera and 2nd before consumer court for any further query kindly contact me Rera court may pass within 6 month to 1 year apart from this you have option to file a case before consumer court
