Refund Travel Agency due to Covid

Hi there, I reached out to a travel agency in 2020 for a Nepal trip. We corresponded on WhatsApp and I paid the deposit. When I paid the deposit, the receipt generated was under a different organisation's name. At that time, I did not pay any attention to this. I have been patient all this while because the travel agencies were affected due to covid badly. But recently I observed they have blocked my number. When I try to reach out to them they are pushing the liability to others. I have the WhatsApp chats and the receipts. Can I still make a valid case?

yes the whats app chats is sufficient ground to prove your agreement and you can also file a valid case before it you can send a legal notice to the company demand your money if the company deny then you can file a recovery suit against the travel company
