Refund for not meeting their college guarantee converison

24-Apr-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I enrolled to a coaching institute online for interview preparation. There were 3 types of courses and the highest one guaranteed 100% conversion. I opted for that one. I have all the screenshots of their website and payment portal page where they claim for 100% conversion. But no college got converted and they are also not providing the refund.I want to know if they are entitled to give a refund through legal procedure.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello, with reference to your question you can send a legal notice for non fulfillment of commitment with the help of an advocate. You just need to provide all the necessary documents and proof of their claims and guarantees
