Recovery of money lended to a friend

My friend lended an amount of 1.15 lakhs from me almost a year ago. He said he will pay the money back in 3 months but it's been close to a year now. Now he is not answering my calls or sharing a proper reply over chat. What legal action can I take against him and to recover my money back. Note: I paid him via Google pay and have proof of sending money.

As you said you had given money to your friend 1.15 lakhs one year back and he said he will pay u within 3 months and now hbis not paying and not answering calls contact us first we send a legal notice to your friend and we settle here if ur friend not replying then we file a case in court and we get our money back

hi if your friend is not paying the amount then you could send him legsl notice asking them to pay the remaining amount then you could file civil suit for recovery of money alongwith interest in civil court
