Recovery of money from foreign national employee who has eloped

If a foreign national uses the company money in which he is working for eg. India and then runs away to his own place eg.bhutan . how can i sue that person?? Do we have a right to try him in his country..?
You have to initiate proceedings in the country where the offence has been committed irrespective of the nationality of the person committed offence. Its not clear from your query what offence has been committed by foreign national.

File a complaint in the concerned foreign embassy of the concerned country based in India regarding the said matter. If you have written terms and conditions as to dispute resolution then you can also take such route (for eg. arbitration, pre decided forum of disputes in any particular place and/or country). All these have to be ascertained first before taking a call on the place of suing.
