Recovery of friendly loan without documents

23-Aug-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have lend money to a friend through a loan app from my bank account to his bank account. As the transaction was done from one bank account to other, will it be sufficient as an evidence they I have lend the money to the borrower. Based on this, can I send the legal notice for recovery in case the need arises.

Greetings for the day, In this situation it will in your interest to send that person a legal notice demanding your money and if that person fails to return the borrowed amount than you must approach the civil court and file a suit for recovery.
