Received a product on 27th April and they promised they will send the installation person on 28th April and today is 7th May nobody turned back still now

Failure to provide installation/service within the promised timeline after sale of the product amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, particularly if repeated assurances were given without action. Immediately send a written email/WhatsApp complaint to the seller/company clearly demanding: • Installation within a fixed deadline; or • Refund/replacement, if installation is essential for use of the product Preserve: • Invoice/payment proof • Delivery details • Chats/emails/call records promising installation If they still fail to respond, you may: • Escalate the matter to the company’s grievance/customer escalation department • Lodge a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline • Initiate consumer proceedings seeking refund, compensation, and costs for deficiency in service Do not rely only on verbal assurances. Put everything in written form immediately.

hi if they are not sending a person to repair the product and then you could write a mail to the service center for seeking repair of the product and that if they failed to repair then you could send them legal notice
