Quick Question about My Italy Study Abroad Situation

05-Jan-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I was trying to apply to study in Italy through an agent my officemate recommended. I told the agent straight up that I have a 40% graduation score, and he said he could "try" based on my work experience. I think it was a fraud as no university takes admission in 40%. He took away 50,000. How can I get the remaining amount?

In this scenario you need to file a criminal complaint against concerned person for cheating and deceiving you by influencing you to pay rupees 50000. further you need to mention in the complaint that it appears to be a big racket of sending people abroad by inducing them to get admission in the universities abroad.

Well, you can get a FIR lodged against this person or institution which defrauded you by filing a Police Complaint in the concerned Police Station, where Offence or Crime took place or was committed with you.
