Property sold but party not paid full amount

Party not paying full amount property been sold , I have evidence which is sufficient to prove it in court

if you are seller and amount due is mentioned in sale deed, you can object in mutation procedure , and you can proceed a criminal complaint and register an FIR, or you can also file a recovery suit , you can also file a civil suit for the cancellation of sale deed.

you have to file a case against that person who committed fraud with you you can file both civil as well as criminal case against that person let me know more about your case so I can advise you you can get relief
