Pg Owner giving my bed to others

My pg owner gave my room and bed to other person when I went to my hometown for 1 week even though I paid full rent. That new person used my bedsheets all . When I asked him about this he is telling it was his wish to give and he won't give any discount or refund for that. He has done same thing to my friends also. What to do now?

hi if he is not giving the bed and room to you despite paying entire rent then you could send notice to such person to refund the money or to provide services and any agreement was made between the parties

U can send a legal notice on ur PG owner and ask for compensation... and also u can ask how can he given to others after the payment done its a brach of contract...u ask for compensation..... approach us we will help u out
