Person not returning money that was given a loan amount to him
10-Sep-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Paid a person as a loan as um of 80000 and he promised to return a sum of 92500 in 10 days at a interest of 60-70% per month, but failed to return the money, now it's been over 2-3 months and the person gave a cheque of 100000 but it has been stopped and also not picking up the calls now.
Need some legal help.
If the person has given you the cheque then please present the same to the bank and let it get bounced so that we can move to court under negotiable instrument act and within 30 days of the cheque bounce we need to send a legal notice to the other party to recover your amount. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact
Thanks
Well According to the facts stated, I would advice you to present your cheque to the bank and get it bounced. Once it gets bounced, then we have to send the legal notice to the other party within 30 days and if the other party doesn’t reply to the same, then we can move to the court of law under the negotiable instruments act.
Please feel free to contact for any further legal assistance.
