Payment of Salary Backlog & Full & Final Settlement

I have worked a company about 28 years and resigned the organization, but organisation not released the full and final settlement alongwith gratuity, Can I file claim in NCLT ?

For NCLT, you should have the value more than one crore, and if you have more employees from the same organization, then you will reach that amount else you may file operation and mismanagement case against the Company.

It would be better that before initiating any legal action, you may issue a legal notice to your employer. Thanks and Regards
