I have completed MBBS & now appeared in postgraduate final examination. I appeared in four papers...out of which got less marks in one paper and failed by 4 marks...I received the answersheet through RTI...In that paper, there are 12 questions...but after allotment of marks...the marks given have been cut by the examiner and marks deducted in 10 questions...which clearly shows wrongdoing by the examiner who failed me...any solution & how to take legal action against examiner...Please suggest..

I am Arjun (18) I started trading(Stock Market) in 2022. I several people offered me money to To trade from them and Split the Profit. but now I lost all money and now I am Bankrupt as I took this money without permission of my parents. Now Money lenders are threatening me and my Family to Return money, many times they are giving Death Threats to me and my Family. My Father has an ongoing loan which has emis way too High for him and he doesn't earn that much. He runs a small shop which is also not doing great. Initially i used to pay his all the emis since my monthly commitments are already alot I'm unable to repay his emis and he cannot afford the emis.
