payment done before time still bank said settlement void due to late d

personal loan settled with amount of 170359 in three installment 10 march 1 Lakh, 10 april 35 k, 10 may 35k+ 369 rs more .as per settlement letter I made whole amount in April 10 before one month. The agent who handled process said that will just update your loan close, after one month another agent asking for emi due and I convinced him with proof loan settled already. And showed document and made a coonfrence call between the first and current agent . Again he said will close loan asap. Again few days ago third person call and asked for same emi again I have to do all previous process and he said it's not updated will close it asap.
I contacted support authority and they demended for all proof bank statement and settlement letter.they replied settlement letter is void payment done after due date while payment done before an month not late and agents also checked that. Company is non banking finincial co. delhi branch what I do know please help
Even after settlement the banking agents are troubling you and harassing you every now and then, then you can send a legal notice to them and set up your entire case and can claim for harassment.
