Paternal uncle forged signature of father can he claim his property

20-Jun-2023 (In Recovery Law)
My paternal uncle took a loan from a state financial corporation around 30 years ago. However he did not pay them back and 20 years ago ran away from that state to Delhi. He gave all that money to his son and daughter and bought a house in Delhi by daughter name. In the meantime he forged signature of my father stating to the financial corporation that he is the guaranteer. The signature can be seen as made by a child. The case ran in Delhi courts for a long time. Now if my father gives his property to me or someone in the family in his lifetime how can they claim it in case they know the address of the property.

Your query is ambiguous. What I could understand is that whether your paternal uncle can have any claim on your father's property because of all that mess he created.
The answer is no. However, it is advisable that you meet with case facts and papers for an appropriate opinion.

You can file a complaint before the concern person p.s. against your uncle for cheating and forgery . If the police do not register the case then file the said complaint before the concern DCP/SP. Despite no action taken then file a complaint U/s 200 Cr.P.C. before concerned CJM/CMM with an application U/s 156(3)
