Non returning of money by person who took on interest ......,....

I have paid ₹19 lakhs via cheque and ₹1 lakh via cash on lieu of interest returns. The person is not paying back any amount to me. What should I do?

firstly you move the cheque for payment in the bank if the cheque dishonour by any reason then you will send a legal notice for return money for that person if the person not returning your amount then you can file cheque bounce case under sec 138 NI act.
