NOn Payment of Credit card bills

MY Father in law cannot pay credit card dues. Please suggest whether any family member is liable to pay dues. Need suggestion on any agreement to be made with Father in Law so that we are not held in future. There are no property attached in his name.

You have to enquire in the loan department if any family member can enter into such an arrangement with an agreement in place if the same is allowed by the bank or financial institutions. However if any family member agrees to pay loan amount then the bank may ask for some guarantee to be given with the bank
