- Amount Paid: $6,875
- Goods Ordered: Contrast media products, Omnipaque 350mg
- Date of Payment: 27/05/2024
Background:
Despite the payment being made promptly, the goods have not been delivered to the specified destination address since 20/06/2024. Numerous attempts to contact the supplier have been unsuccessful.
Request for Assistance:
I respectfully request your assistance in resolving this matter. Specifical
if you have any written agreement for this transaction or agreement, you can file a case for breach of contract . other options if you have paid the amount and not received the the product you can file recovery suits of money .

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.
