Need help of lawyer to refrain op

We have put in case in drt against bank but drt ignored the evidence and dismissed our SA , nowbank can harass us very easily . 1 They have sarfaesi notice 13(4) they can take possession any time . I need to discuss

13(4) SARFAESI notice is only for symbolic possession of the property, if they have to take physical possession of the property they have to get section 14 order from the magistrate. If your SA is dismissed by DRT, then your appellate remedy is DRAT and can I know in which DRT did you file your case DRT1 or DRT2?

sir if they have dismissed your SA you can restore your SA by filing MA to the SA and you can take a stay on the possession notice and sale notice. By doing so you can restrain the bank from taking possession of your property and protect your property
