You can always apply for the bail once again and if you are under the perception that the district court will not be able to grant you bail then you can always approach the High Court and get your bail sanctioned. Just keep ready for surety that has got some bank FD or a motor vehicle in his/her name. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have the right to appeal before the High Court against the rejection of bail. The court may consider depending on the grounds that are taken. For further assistance I'll have to go through your documents so kindly contact me for consultation.

if bail hearing is in the district court and the district Court has denied granting bail to the accused person then the accused person can file an application of regular bail in the High Court. not that they should be a change in circumstance while filing the bail application in the High Court. should you have any queries feel free to contact me

Dear Client In case arrest has been made then you need to approach the higher court - sessions/High Court for Bail. In case no arrest has been made yet, then you should apply for an anticipatory bail before the court of sessions / High Court. Depending on the status of the case and charges alleged, an appropriate strategy will have to be made. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.
