My loan has been marked NPA besides paying emi

I am running a home loan and 2 car loans from sbi .since 2021 but due to some financial issues could not pay the EMI of March 24 , March 26 and nov 25. Only one car loan was exceeded 90 days but all my three loans have been placed NPA . And notice issued. How can I get out of the problem as I am regularly paying emis. When I was sanctioned loan I was in service and now retired and so my income has reduced to half. Kindly advice.

To advise you more precisely, could you tell me: What is the outstanding amount of the home loan and each car loan? Is the notice issued under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (for example, a demand notice under Section 13(2))? Have you now cleared all the overdue EMIs, or are some arrears still pending? Were all three loans taken from the same SBI branch?

Under RBI norms, if one loan account becomes an NPA, all credit facilities under your PAN are classified as NPA. Approach SBI immediately with a written representation citing post-retirement reduced income. Request restructuring of your EMI schedule or tenure extension to lower monthly payments and regularize the overdue amounts promptly.
