Fraud transaction done 51149rupee amount reflect in statement not reco

My complaint under process but bill generated. Billing amount 51149 but minimum due is zero. I want to know pay Bill amount OR waiting for bank investigation. How to Bill amount online OR off line.

Since your dispute is under investigation, the disputed amount is usually put on hold, so minimum due is zero. Pay any undisputed charges to avoid late fees. Pay online via net banking/app or offline at a branch. If you have paid Bill and still showing to pay then you have to go to consumer court. For That You Need Advocate For Legal Consultation, Drafting & For Appearance At Court.
